  will it delete both sites linked to my email address

  Hi,

  You can choose your website which you want to delete.

  Log in to your account.
  In the top left section, you will be able to see Switch Site option.
  Select your Website and goto the setting.
  You will find an option to delete your website permanently.

  Instead of deleting your website, You have an option to empty your website and start all over again
