  Will I no longer be charged for the site if I delete it?

  That is correct, we will not charge you for a site that doesn’t exist anymore. You do not need to delete it, however, you can cancel your purchases from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  Also, I don’t see any active subscriptions on the account from which you’re writing us.
