Deleting site

How do I delete my site? When I try, it tells me I have upgrades that I need to disable first, but my purchases show no upgrades.

My problem is that my account has no purchases or upgrades. Yet it won’t delete because its telling me I have to cancel the upgrades. But there aren’t any…

Are you speaking of palsenrichment.wordpress.com?
While you are an admin on that site, you are not the owner of the site. Another account owns it. And while any admin on a site can delete it, the site cannot be deleted if there are any upgrades connected to it.
In this case, a third account on the site owns a domain mapping upgrade for the domain, palsenrichment.org, on the site, and that account will need to cancel that upgrade first, before anyone will be able to delete the site.
If you just don’t want the site listed in your account any more, you can leave it by going to this page and clicking the Leave Blog link that will appear when you hover your mouse over the blog name.

Ah! That’s super helpful, thank you! Can you tell me which account does own it? I’m a member of the current board for PALS Enrichment and we’re trying to remove the wordpress site. We still own the domain palsenrichment.org. It redirects to where our current site is being hosted. If I can contact the old board member who owns the wordpress site, we can probably get it taken down that way.

One of them owns the upgrade, and I’m guessing you’ll know which one. Hoping that helps!
