deleting site

  I tried to delete my site, cachevalleyvoice.wordpress.com but it still exists. Can you help me?

  Well, I did something like “disassociate” the site from my email address. Now, the site doesn’t show up under “my site” so I don’t have the tools to delete it. I just want the site, which still appears to be connected to my email address, gone.

  If you have a WordPress.com site the delete blog page will be found here: https://YOUR WEBSITE ADDRESS/wp-admin/tools.php?page=delete-blog. What is your website/blog address?

  With the link you provided, I get the error message….
  “User mail264c Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested
  You are logged in as “mail264c” and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for “Cache Valley Voice”. If you are not “mail264c”, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are “mail264c” and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.”

  I am, however, mail264c and I can log in when I go to cachevalleyvoice.wordpress.com There, oddly, under “My site” it says I have no site.

  bottom right, you see me as the author, Dave Wind

  Well, I did something like “disassociate” the site from my email address.

  I’d guess that the site https://cachevalleyvoice.wordpress.com is probably in a separate account, with a different email address than the mail264c username account. When you separated or disassociated the website from your mail264c account, you may have created a new account.

  You may add a “modlook” tag to the sidebar in this topic to call for staff attention if you want a more definitive explanation. Staff should be able to help you satisfactorily resolve this issue.

  If you are unable to see the site you wish to delete under My Sites it’s possible it’s under another account.

  Please try logging in with any other email addresses or usernames you may have. If you’re still having trouble try a password reset or contact the Account Recover folks here:
