  Your help pages tell me to use the tools button in my dash to delete my site. Where is this ca n’t find anywhere.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello, go to your dashboard at:
  http://jmhowells.wordpress.com/wp-admin

  Then on the menu on the left go to Tools then Delete Site as instructed here:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  Once you get there, you can follow the instructions and be able to delete your site.
