deleting site

  I want to delete a site that I have set up mistakenly under my name. It is for someone else. If I delete it now, will the domain name be available to that person in future?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made except for the one stated here http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  You add the other username account as an official user of the blog, and designate them as an Admin. Next, you transfer the blog to that username account using this process. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

  Thanks for your help, much appreciated: I followed the advice in the second url you gave me, went to My Blogs> Transfer blog, gave user name for new recipient, and transferred.
