Deleting site and ending renewal

    Want to delete a domain site I bought that I never used. Don’t necessarily want to delete the whole account yet but the site for sure.

    Correct account: Yes

    I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise here.

    Can you share the domain name you purchased? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.

    And I just got charged $18 for the renewal of the domain on my PayPal account. I would send a screenshot if I could.

    The domain was purchased from us at WordPress.com, however, it was purchased under a different WordPress.com user account than the one you’re currently logged into.

    If you don’t remember which account you used to make this purchase and since this domain just renewed today, if you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

    The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
