Deleting site so I can use it somewhere else

    I am wanting help with deleting the site so I can use it with another company. I deleted it yesterday and now I can’t get back in my account to see why it’s not available. When checking with the other company they say that it is still with WordPress but I can’t get in to my account to try to delete it again.

    I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise here.

    Can you let us know the URL of the site where you’re having this problem? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
