Deleting site with no username or email

  Hi, I am an intern at safe families for children in Chicago, IL. They are looking to remove their current site http://sfmovement.wordpress.com/ but no longer have access to the email or password that created it. How would I go about getting this removed so that they can start anew here or on another site or just regaining access to the original site. Any information that you can provide will be very helpful. The blog that I am referring to is the one listed in this message, I simply created my own blog in order to contact you, my blog in the url below is not the one in question.
