deleting site with paid-for domain

I want to delete the site. It is not allowing me to do this via the ‘Tools -> Delete Blog’ option on the dashboard. I have changed the renewal notice to ‘manual’ to stop it doing it automatically, but this is due to happen in March 2015 and I want the site deleted now.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

To delete your site with a custom domain upgrade, you’ll need to do one of the following:
– Move the domain upgrade to another WordPress.com site
– Transfer the domain registration to another domain registrar
– Fully cancel the domain (you will lose the ownership of the domain and there is no guarantee you can register it again)
After the custom domain is unlinked from your site, you can use the site deletion tool to permanently remove the site. Here’s more information about that here:

Please make sure to read the warnings and advice before deleting a site. We can’t revert the deletion of a site for any reason.
