Deleting Site With Premium Upgrades

    I’m trying to delete a site but I get the following message:

    Premium Upgrades
    You have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site.

    But when I got to manage purchases, I don’t get the option of deleting the paid theme.

    This site really needs to be deleted. Help.

    If you’re not seeing it appear at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases, I’m also tagging this so staff can assist if this is a bug/glitch in the system.

    For more information on your Premium theme and cancelling it, you can find it at https://en.support.wordpress.com/premium-themes/#premium-theme-support. To quote:

    If a Premium theme doesn’t work out we offer a full refund up to 30 days from your purchase. To cancel your purchase and obtain a refund, please use the Cancel button on Purchases page. You can always switch to any other Premium theme or one of our other fantastic free themes. And don’t worry, we’re adding more and more free themes all the time.🙂

    Hi there,

    You also have a Premium Theme, Natural, on that site, which you bought in September.

    As you bought the theme so recently I’d just like to confirm if you’re sure you want to cancel that, as it is not possible for us to refund that theme any more.

    If you just want the content of that site to no longer be visible online you can also set the site to private, and I can also completely empty it for you, leaving only the address behind.
