Deleting sites and Administrator change

We need to delete 3 of our sites. We tried to do it but the administrator on the sites is listed as Amy Spreeman and her email address has been disabled so we can’t go in and change anything.
What can we do??

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blogs to access the blogs’ dashboard and therein lies your issue. You are not the owner of the blogs and only the blogs’ owner can delete the blogs.
Every blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the username account who registered the blog under that username account and associated email address.
You need to contact the blog’s owner and have her act on this to either login and delete the blog or to transfer the blog to another username account.
The blog’s owner must complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact her by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.
