Deleting sites from WordPress Central Dashboard

  I have a number of (unused) domains I need deleting from my central dashboard but cannot find a way of doing this.

  I have read in other threads that staff can do this for me. If so here is a list of the domains I need removing.

  They are:
  http://www.runningshoesonline.co.uk
  http://www.bloggingrocket.com
  http://www.enterprisemastermind.com
  http://www.blogthreesixty.com
  crystal-blue-dreams.com
  http://www.wordsleymemorials.co.uk
  192.185.84.88/~fcps

  Hello, I was wanting to do exactly the same thing, and I couldn’t find out how to do it.

  These are the sites I need removed from “My Sites” list:
