deleting spam email subscription

Hi all,
someone with the unlikely email address of –
(email visible only to moderators and staff) –
has signed up for email updates from my blog.Their contact details, given as part of their identification in the comments section, include a link to YouTube.
In researching this it looks very much like the address is, well, a nuisance at least. Other people have had similar issues with newsletters.fuuzle. com but I cannot remove them email address from the subscription list. Can WordPress themselves do this?
