Deleting spammy "likes", blog rating & spammy "likes"

  I think 1 of these questions this might have been addressed some time ago. Not sure:

  1. Can a blogger/blog owner “unlike” or remove a “like” of a blogger who clearly is a spammer. Their blog just is a splog or truly makes no sense but just intended to draw traffic?

  2. If one’s own blog has “likes” from spammy blogs/, does that affect the Google search rating of my own blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I was also looking for the answer. A number of my posts were liked at once by one person. I should also call them “spammy likes”. I was amazed for this to be done by some well known bloggers here.
