  I want to delete the account “(email visible only to moderators and staff)” and all the blogs connected to it. Thank you

  You can delete your blogs by following the instructions below:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  You cannot, however, delete a WordPress.com account. For more information on that, see:
