Delete what stuff? I do not see any social networks at the top of this site http://k9trainingtn.wordpress.com/
You created static Pages and there are page links to them at the top of the blog. That’s normal.Disable likes > http://en.support.wordpress.com/likes/#turn-likes-onoff-on-specific-posts
All WordPress blogs by default have comments open on all Pages and Posts. You can enable and disable comments on free hosted WordPress.com blogs on this page > Settings > Discussion
Discussion settings is where you set up defaults for comments.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/You can override the default settings and enable or disable future comments on any individual post or page.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/enable-disable-comments/Note: By default, new blogs on WordPress.com will have the Discussion hidden. You can reveal it by clicking on Screen Options http://en.support.wordpress.com/screen-options/ on the top right corner of your Admin page, and checking the box that says Discussion so the module is included. http://en.support.wordpress.com/modules/#list-of-modules

If you happen to be referring to your site title don’t delete it or you will have trouble getting your content indexed by Google, Bing and other search engines.
Note that the site title (blog name) and blog address URL do not have to be the same. The Site title (blog name) and/or the optional Tagline can be changed on the top of this page at any time. > Settings > General
“save changes”
That is exactly where search engine spiders look for the site title and removing it from there can cause issues with getting your content indexed. -
on my computer it shows – follow and like on the top left and the rrs or rss reader icon too. I do not want them on my site? I do not see anyway to delete them./remove them.
Thank you for all of your replies! I have tried to investigate most of the places you suggested but do not see how tthat will help me get rid of these items.
Thank you again!

You cannot remove the “like” not anything else from the gray navigation bar and it’s a ToS violation to remove the nav bar itself. You cannot remove any RSS feed itself as they are built-in to the software and the format for WordPress.com feeds is well known.

and scroll down to disable these:
