Deleting the Menu

  I was exploring the tools on my blog and I decided to try out the Menu. I titled it “Testing”. After I found out how the menu looks like I decided to delete it. However, after I clicked “delete”, the menu is still showing up on my “Home” page. The menu is gone in every other page.

  Does anyone know how to get rid of the menu on the home page?

  I’m seeing the same navigation tabs on all of your pages.
  It could be a browser issue: try clearing your brower’s cache and cookies, restart.

  One other question:
  Do you still see the menu listed under appearance —> menus?
  (just in case you did not actually delete it)

  By the way, these are the tabs I see on each of your pages:
  Home, About, Football/Soccer. Links, NFC posts, Odd News, Random/RantSeries, The I-Don’t-Know-Where-This-Fits page

  Yes, the menu is gone under appearance –> menus.

  I don’t know why the menu still shows up on my home page (and home page only), but if you are not seeing it then I guess everything is fine!

  Oh, I cleared the cache and cookies and it’s still showing up on my browser =/

  I just hope it might be gone in a couple of days. I’m going to go ask if other people can see it, and if nobody but me see it then I’m not going to worry about it.

  Do you mean the green box just under the navbar? That’s not a menu; That’s Vigilance’s Alert Box. You can get rid of it under “Theme Options”.

  Oh, that’s the problem! Haha, I guess what happened was that I tried out all of these options and called all of them “Testing” and forgot to turn the Alert Box off and then thought it was the menu.

  I feel really bad for my misleading question. I’m going to go learn how to use all the tools better!
