  I have entered a wrong email id to register..so i would like to delete this account!!

  You can change the email ID by following the instructions here:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-address/

  The email address registered with your WordPress.com account is your unique identifier. This is how we are able to verify ownership of blogs and accounts and it is very important to keep it updated as necessary.

  You can update your email address in your Account Settings.

  Once you’ve entered a new email address and clicked “Save Account Settings,” you’ll receive an email at the new address with a confirmation link. You must click the confirmation link to confirm the change and update the email on your account.

  If you contact us for help, we will require an email from the address registered with the account as this proves account ownership. Otherwise, we cannot help.

  If you still want to delete your account, look below:

  Just a heads up, when you delete your WordPress.com site, it’s permanent. Staff will be unable to restore it once it’s deleted. If you permanently delete the site, you’ll never be able to re-use the WordPress.com address for AT LEAST 2 years (if you’re lucky).   It’s suggested by most to put your website to private instead. To this, you’ll need to change your privacy settings.
