  I have two problems one is i already have a domain and need to get that one hooked up to this account and or create a new one

  If you have a custom domain then you can transfer that domain to your account of your interest(if you are the admin) by following this guide:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-a-domain-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

  If you are on the free plan and using .wordpress.com sub-domain then, you transfer the entire blog(along with the sub-domain) to the account of your interest(if you are the admin) by following this guide:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
