Deleting this site

    Hi, our company have decided to close down the training company – I can’t see anywhere to delete the site https://keytrainingacademy.co.uk/ how can I permanently delete this please. Thank you.

    Hi there,

    You can delete your website by accessing Settings → General and selecting Delete your site permanently.  Please note that site deletions are permanent! So, before actual deletion, you will be given the option to export your content. It is actually advised to do so, it will allow you to access all your pages and posts in the future in that zip file. You can find more information here:

    If you have any upgrades on your sites, such as a paid plan or domain, you will need to remove them before the site can be deleted. Follow the below instructions:  https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/#deleting-a-site-with-upgrades

    Hi there,

    The site at keytrainingacademy.co.uk belongs to a different WordPress.com username than the one you’re using to post here. Only the account that owns that site can cancel the plan and delete the site.

    If you have the login details for the other account, log into it, then go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases to cancel the plan. Once you’ve done that, you’ll be able to completely delete the site as explained above.
