I want to permanently delete the website https://spruceyourspirit.com. I am having trouble figuring out how to cancel my WooCommerce account. I am also not seeing some of my purchases, like Goya, in the Purchases tab. I need to know all of the paid-for plugins so I can cancel my subscriptions. Please help. Thanks

To delete the site at spruceyourspirit.com, please contact your hosting provider for that site, Hostgator.com, directly for help. That site isn’t hosted on our servers, so we don’t have any control over it.
If you have any paid add-ons you bought on WooCommerce.com, you can manage those by logging into your account on WooCommerce.com, and visiting the page at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/my-subscriptions/. Should you need any help with those, you can reach WooCommerce support at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
To cancel/close your WooCommerce.com account you’ll need to delete your linked WordPress.com account, but make sure you cancel any upgrades on WooCommerce.com before you do that. Deleting your WordPress.com account won’t have any effect on your site, though, as there’s no connection between your account with us, and your site with Hostgator.
