Deleting tumblr blog after importing

  Hey there! I’m importing my one tumblr to wordpress, and the hope after that is to delete my tumblr account. But I just wondered, if I delete the tumblr blog that my wordpress imported the posts from, will my imported posts on wordpress disappear?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  No, your imported posts on your WordPress.com site will stay even if you’ve deleted Tumblr blog. The contents are saved on WordPress.com servers so it’ll remain there unless you deleted it.

  Something to take note that, if your imported posts have links to other posts on the Tumblr blog that you’ll delete, the link might be broken since the blog posts no longer exist after you’ve deleted it.
