Deleting user data from server

  Hello,

  I’m running Jetpack on http://www.pprgoe.de and one of the users just got angry over this and demanded I get going on getting his data deleted from your servers.

  I would appreciate it, if you could delete the data from your servers (since this is a public forum I’m unable to post the data here) or point me in the right direction as to whom I have to contact.

  Hi Daniel,

  if you could delete the data from your servers (since this is a public forum I’m unable to post the data here) or point me in the right direction as to whom I have to contact.

  We only have access to sites hosted on WordPress.com. pprgoe.de is hosted with Neue Medien Muennich, so you will need to contact them for help with removing the data from your site and their servers. They should be able to offer you some advise about the best way to do so.

  With jetpack installed, data does get send to wordpress.com whenever a comment is posted, so there are some data stored at wordpress.
