  Hi there, I hope you are doing well. I need assistance for multiple issues i have been facing recently.
  1) Refund of the cancelled plan
  2) Deletion of the website
  3) Deletion of wordpress account.

  I see that you were able to process the refund. You should see the refund reflected on your bank statement within 7-10 days.

  In order to close your account and site, we need to downgrade your site.

  We must confirm that you understand:

  1. Any content (pages, posts, media, comments, etc) added after adding outside themes and plugins will be lost.
  2. Any custom content created by plugins and themes will not be carried over.
  3. Plugins and third-party themes can no longer be used.
  4. The site will revert to using the old theme.

  Please make backups, and ensure you have your content ready to re-upload if needed. We can proceed once you’ve confirmed.

  We have reverted your site and now you can delete the site by clicking on the “Delete your site permanently” button at the bottom of this page: https://wordpress.com/settings/general/

  After that, you’ll be able to close your account by using the “Close your account permanently” button at the bottom of this page: https://wordpress.com/me/account

  We’d recommend waiting until you’ve received your refund to close your account.
