Deleting wordpress

I’m trying to delete my site. However, when I go to settings and try to delete, I get an error message that I have active premium updates. The one I have is a theme and is non-expiring and I can’t get it to let me delete.

I’m sorry you’ve decided to close down your WordPress.com site. Often it is easier to just make a site private in case you ever need to use its address again in the future (it will be gone for good). Staff intervention is required to delete a premium theme from an account to enable a WordPress.com site to be completely deleted. I’ve added modlook to the tag box on the right and staff should reply to you in due course. If you also wish to disable/make your account inactive once your site has been deleted you’ll need to follow these instructions:-

There was a premium theme that needed removed. I’ve done that. If you want, you can proceed with the site deletion. Please remember that this is permanent and we will not be able to restore the site content or address in the future.
