Deleting wordpress accounts

  I have only just worked out that I only need one account to have several websites. This is after I have set up several accounts and created new email addresses to do so.

  I would therefore like to delete the accounts so that I can delete the email addresses.

  I would really appreciate help with this.

  Hi Helen,

  WordPress.com accounts cannot be deleted. However, you can disable all notifications as explained here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/

  This way, you won’t receive any new notifications for those accounts. Then, you can transfer all blogs to your main/current account following the steps here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-wordpress-com-user-or-account
