Deleting wordpress posts and account

  I created this blog for a journalism class in college, many years ago, and completely forgot about it. Back then I posted a story about a friend of mine, and he recently contacted me and asked me to remove the post. I recovered my password and logged into my old wordpress account, which still exists, but it says I have no sites and no readers. I can’t seem to access the story I posted back then in order to delete it, but the old blog is clearly visible if you search for it on google. Any suggestions? I’d like to get this taken care of for my friend as soon as possible.
