Deleting WordPress sites

  I am trying to delete a site so I can start over. Everytime I try to delete the site, it tells me I have ‘Premium Upgrades’ and offers me the chance to manage them. I cannot do anything with the purchased theme though so I cannot delete the site. Help please.
