Deleting/changing primary/original User

  Hi, I’m setting up a blog for a friend going abroad and in doing so have unintentionally made myself the original primary user. Is it possible once I’ve added them to shift permissions so they are the primary user and can delete me if they would like too?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the wordpress.COM hosted site you refer to please?

  And, exactly which wordpress.COM username account registered that site?

  This is wordpress.COM support. I’m asking because we cannot accurately answer questions posted here until we have confirmed the URL referred to and verified the hosting.

  joelandjoelle.wordpress.com Right now I am the dominant name. I’m not seeing the couple until tomorrow when I will set up their log in.

  Have your friend register a username account only using her email address. Then add her to the blog https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#adding-users-to-your-site by making her an Admin. https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator After doing that you can transfer the blog to her username account by using this process. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account
