  I want to delete everything associated with this domain/blog – I will never use it again and seek no continuing association with WordPress

  I’m sorry to hear you want to leave WordPress.com! Is there anything you may need help with before you go? WordPress.com accounts are permanent, but you can easily delete your blog. You can read more about this here:
