  Hi, I like to delete this site to have a clean install. Thanks.

  Also, i was going to use a promo code for 50% off. It show up on the screen for $150 off on business plan, but when i enter the payment info, the promo code no longer there. Do you have any other code for 50%? thanks

  I like to delete this site to have a clean install.

  Is your idea to create another site with the same address afterward? If so, that won’t be possible. Once you delete your site, the address will be removed and blocked, and you won’t be able to use it in the future.

  If you want to start fresh, we can revert the site to the state before installing the first plugin/third-party theme, and we can also empty it from all the content. Note, however, that this would be irreversible as well.

  If that’s what you’re interested in, let us know, and we’ll proceed with the revert and emptying your site.

  As for the promo codes, we run offers periodically; some will be specific to your site. You’ll always get those via emails.
