  Hello, Can I delete this secondary site, on the free version, without deleting my original blog?

  Yes, you can delete your website as long as it isn’t used for your custom domain(there are additional steps required for it).

  To delete a website go to the website you want to delete and then from Dashboard -> Settings -> Delete your site permanently . This will be at the bottom of the page. Please double check whether it’s the correct website you want to delete.

  Hey there,

  When you wish to delete a free hosted WordPress.com account, you must be logged in under the same username. By deleting a site, it will be permanently gone and you will not be able to use it again.
