deletion of account due to site not working

Trying to confirm the email but the site won’t let me use the password that is working on it. I want to delete it all.

This is being posted for the benefit of those who may locate this thread in the searchbox in the future.
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, (which is the unique identifier) , and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
You can change your email address on your accounts page at https://wordpress.com/me/account

It’s also important to know that you should never use a password on more than a single site. Using the same password on multiple sites makes all your online accounts vulnerable to hacking. Lastly, know that deleting a site does not resolve an issue like this one or any other technical issue. Blog deletion is meant to be a permanent and irreversible act. Deleting a site requires ignoring several warnings that the URL cannot be registered again by you or anyone else, followed by an email with a site deletion link in it and the final warning regarding using it. https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them, and the only exceptions made are for deletions made 2 or more years ago is stated here http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
