Deletion of an old blog page

Hi folks,
i would like to get rid of my old blog that had been migrated once from posterous. Unfortunately i can’t manage my old blog anymore. The page can be still open but i have no management rights. https://wobistn.wordpress.com.
I sign up for a new blog page https://wobistn.travel.blog which i wanna keep. Unfortunatly i could register with the same old username wobistn as this one was still in use from my old blog page.
Please can u delete the old page as well as free up the username wobistn as i would love to setup my new blog with such username again. Is there any given chance to receive a bkp of my pic from the old blog. I just need the pic.

You have to act. We cannot do this for you.
To delete a WordPress.COM hosted blog you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to navigate to Dashboard > Tools > Delete Site. The guide is here http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made except for the one stated here http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
