Deletion of my blog (sabingin.wordpress.com) by unknown person(s)
-
I am unable to find my blog. I did not delete it but there is a notice that says it was deleted by the authors. I have notified this to WordPress guys but they do not seem to be helping. Can somebody there help me to retrieve it please?

https://sabingin.wordpress.com is no longer available. The authors have deleted this site.
Site deletion is a permanent and irreversible act. There are at least 3 warnings including an email verification link sent that must be clicked to delete a blog URL. https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
I am sorry but you cannot register a deleted blog URL. No one can use a deleted blog URL regardless of who registered it. Deleted blog URLs are not recycled here and you can confirm by reading:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/delete-blog/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/However, you can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.

The heart of the matter is, who deleted my blog. I did not do it, so who did it? What I only see is that it was deleted by the authors, which implies that it was me who did it.
Did someone hack into my blog and deleted it because he/she did not like some of my political articles?
The unfortunate thing is that I never saved my articles. So I can’t create another site.
I need advice how to retrieve my blog. -
The site is gone
Nobody hacked into your blog – most “hacks” are plain old someone got your password, or you left the site open on your computer and someone messed with you – also getting into your email account is another way of “hacking” a blog
Try the cache’s of search engines or the WayBack machine or internet archive for your content
-
Here is a bit more general info for your next blog – also you can use the Two Factor log-in (a special code is sent to your cell phone, new code each time you log in, so a “hacker” would also need your cellphone to log-in)
Hacked Sites
The only “hacked” sites I have seen here have been people getting the password somehow to a site so you do want to be careful how you log in and use a tough password.
You should also check to make sure that someone has not added a new user to your site. Problems have also happened when there was more than one Admin. and an Admin left on less than graceful terms.
Dashboard >> Users
Many times a users email is hacked or the password guessed and the email account is used to get access by requesting a password reset – you need to change your email password and make sure they nobody has been added to your email account.
You should also run a virus check on you PC to make sure your PC does not have a security issue that has compromised your email or WordPress.COM log-in information (also your bank etc. if you do online banking or retirement accounts)

Since you’ve said that
I have notified this to WordPress guys
then please be patient for them to assist you.
As far as retrieving content, you may be able to find it in Google’s cached pages. That will involved starting a new site and copying and pasting the content you recover into the new site. However, I could not find anything for that URL in Google nor in the Internet Archive Wayback machine, so I do wonder if you have the correct site URL.
