  Hi, I’m deleting one of the site I created, but I’m not deleting the other one.

  That’s fine. Try going to https://wordpress.com/settings and make sure you have selected the site you want to delete. You can delete from that page.

  Or, if you’re worried one site might affect the other, like if you’ve inadvertently shared images across both sites, try making the site private instead. Then you can delete later after you’ve confirmed it didn’t affect anything.
