deletion of sites/blogs

i want to delete two linked sites but there are no menu entries or links offering this. the sites are shutdown and one isnt managed by me anymore.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

i hope i understand what you mean.
hessen-news.tk was a selfhosted site that was bound to the wordpress.com account while using akismet/stats
the same on the phinktink.de site.
the hessen-news.tk domain is now in use by some (disgusting ad shizzle) other people. (.tk was a free domain)
the phinktink.de domain is still under my control but i dont want to install a wordpress blog just to have access to an admin interface. Isn’t there a chance to just remove both linkages from the wordpress account. if needed i could send authority data of the domain registration (phinktink.de only). The FAQ topics about deletion/unlinking i found always recommend make use of the (hosted) wordpress adminpanel (that i aint have access to)
If the active/up and running selfhosted wordpress site is needed to unlink it from the wordpress acc i could reinstall a site but only for the phinktink.de domain.…hope this clears out.
