  I would like to make my account completely removed from wordpress.com

  When I do this, I followed the steps when the ‘Premium Upgrades’ pop-up cam up but I don’t have an option to ‘Cancel Domain’. Why is this?

  Do you have any paid upgrades on your site? If you do, you need to remove those first.

  @dpenrice, is your domain a wordpress domain or have installed wordpress on another webhost provider? If it is the former, then you should remove your paid upgrades first, in the latter case, you would need to remove the domain through your webhosting service.
