Deletion of website

  Hi, I’ve deleted my site http://www.thekiwicook.com today through my host, Siteground. I really wanted to have a notice on the site for a few months explaining that it has been taken down (in addition to the notice I had on the site for the last couple of months), rather than people just finding a ‘dead’ site. Is there any way I can still do that?

  Ideally, you would need to speak to Siteground about getting a message like that on a domain.

  Are you looking to re-build the site with WordPress.com? If yes, you can connect the domain to WordPress.com as per: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/ whereby we have a Coming Soon feature. https://wordpress.com/support/settings/privacy-settings/#coming-soon

  Hi.. thanks for that. Siteground said they couldn’t provide that service unfortunately. No, I’m not wanting to rebuild the site.
