Deletion of website

  I would like to permanent delete my website and all of its related content.

  In the wordpress site, under manage -> settings, it mentions this is not something I can do myself, thus I am contacting support in this message as the website recommends.

  Please let me know how to proceed.

  There is only one site on your account here, but you are not the owner of it.

  Only the owner of the site can delete it.

  If you do not recall the password for the correct account, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

  Hello,

  Thanks a lot for your reply.

  I checked the users of the website, and deleted all except my own.

  I then login with that user, then in manage -> settings it tells me I am admin but I
  cannot delete it.

  Any help would be appreciated!

  The ioannisklonatos account is one of two admins on the site, and is not the account that owns the site.

  Only the account, innovumconsultingch, can delete the site.

  Please log in as that account and comment here to confirm, or if that’s not your account, ask the person who owns it to contact us directly.

  I just logged in with user innovumcolsultingch and even that user cannot delete the website. This is the error I am getting:

  To delete this site, you’ll need to contact our support team. Deletion can not be undone, and will remove all content, contributors, domains, themes and upgrades from this site.

  If you’re unsure about what deletion means or have any other questions, you’ll have a chance to chat with someone from our support team before anything happens.

  Any help is as always appreciated :-)

  @innovumconsultingch, try again now (if you still see the prompt to contact support, refresh the page). I have removed what was left of plan Business on your site so you should have no issues deleting it now.

  Yes, all is good now, i was able to delete the website.
