  I want to delete my profile. My sites are already deleted but I want everything to be deleted. How do I do that?

  You cannot delete your wordpress.com username account. This is for security reasons so others cannot claim your username and impersonate you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/ But you can remove all personal information you added and effectively deactivate your account so no one will be able to access it.
