deletion receipt?!

(Hi i post my concern as if writing to actual helpdesk, if this community can help please do and thanks!)
Hello, i used this Service for some weeks now wanted to delete my account for good. due to premium bookings etc, i was told to delete my Upgrades first. Now done so i seem to have missed the opportunity to print a receipt for all these not too unimportant processes. Please tell me, will i get an email at least as testimony that you recieved my wishes of cancelling all these Upgrades and also that you performed them, so that in future after deadline shows i won’t get presented another bill to cover? I also want some printable hint that at least gives me the Feeling all i uploaded to your Server is now being and will be deleted by june… whatever. i really did enjoy what you pulled off here, but backtracking financials is important to me and i’m afraid only a nice overview sheet about settlement of accounts or electronic receipt for all Transactions, bookings and unbookings will do it for me. maybe i’m still coming to this Point after Clearing my whole account but after that controls will be gone completely. Please tell me if you recieved my question and if you understand me and how we both can part from eachother as peacefully and understanding as we have met. i don’t wanna bother you but you too might understand i Need some sort of assurance that in Terms of future obligations mutually we’re done.

Ok, i now printed two receipts for the sum of EUR 199.00 and EUR 147.00, found in my mailbox, which comforts me, but i’m still in need for you to confirm that now i chancelled payed services we’re done and no more Money will be taken automatically from my creditcard when Prolongation would be theoretically due in 2017.
I know I’m pretty much a pain in the *ss with this, but it would mean a lot to me, if you just slipped a note to me that i’ve according to my concerns nothing to worry about.
