I’m currently facing a frustrating situation where I’ve been unable to export data for the past 15 days. While my other domain, mediascholar.in, is operating smoothly, the yuvajunction.wordpress.com platform keeps indicating a need to check my internet connection. This continuous issue feels like a deliberate attempt to inconvenience customers who are looking to move away from wordpress.com. Could you kindly assist in providing the export file for my domain?

Hi @arampandey, are you seeing errors when you visit the site or when you try to make an export? Can you share the exact error you’re getting?
I also noticed the site has a chargeback. You should still be allowed to export your site, but as this basically opens a fraud investigation, disputing payment will cause problems with any paid features associated with the site. Again, that wouldn’t get in the way of export, but if you had a custom domain for example, that would stop working. If that’s recent and you’re able to cancel the dispute with the payment provider, I’d recommend that option.
