Delicious – would like to create page
-
Delicious allows you to create “linkrolls” so that certain sites you tag will be placed in a list. Unfortunately, you have to use javascript which wp.com doesn’t allow. Which is a shame.
Is there anyway to create a page (since there is a widget) so that you can have a list of websites based on the delicious tag? For instance, I want to create a page on my website with links to some of my favorite author’s websites.
I know what you all are thinking: create a blogroll and do it that way. But that is very time consuming. I would like to do it this way because I use the Delicious addon for firefox which makes it a “one click” operation. When I tag these sites, it would automatically add them, especially if I were allowed to use their javascript.
Anyway, I thought there might be an alternative…I want these on a page, not as a sidebar item.
Any ideas would be welcome – I would even be willing to utilize the RSS feed from Delicious to create a page but unsure how to do this.
Thanks so much.

I’m not familiar with delicious, but is there an RSS feed associated with the linkroll? If so, you might be able to use an RSS widget to show your linkroll.

Since the code contains javascript, it isn’t going to work.
Javascript can be a real problem, especially for multi-user platforms such as wordpress.com and can effect all users, not just the blogger that used it. It isn’t allowed due to those security concerns.

I want to do exactly the same as christywilson…
Any other options I can try for a delicious bookmarks page? Thanks in advance.
