DementiaToday.com Site Stats Suddenly Disappeared

I had site stats from 2010 to 2017 (almost 2 million hits). They all disappeared. The site stats started up again on June 3, 2017 with 0. Please help me to get back all of my site stats.

Hi there,
That site is not on WordPress.com, but is hosted with GoDaddy. You have Jetpack stats enabled on that site, but the site logs show that you only connected Jetpack from that site three days ago.
Did you perhaps change the domain on that site and then reconnect Jetpack? That would explain what happened, as our system would see the new Jetpack connection as a brand new site.

Hello Kokkieh,
Good idea, but no, I didn’t change my domain and then reconnect to Jetpack.
Two things happened simultaneously with my website. I upgraded to the latest WordPress build and also upgraded to the latest Jetpack build.
WordPress is running fine so, I think something broke when I upgraded Jetpack.
I submitted several support emails to Jetpack and have not heard back yet. I’ll post to this forum when I get an answer.
Maybe I can help someone else who has this issue.

I see the Jetpack team has already replied to you there. Please keep working directly with them, as they’re in a better position to help you.
Submitting multiple tickets actually make it take longer to get a reply, as each new ticket you submit pushes your request to the bottom of the support queue. In future please submit only one support request at a time on any specific issue.

Hello,
Yes, the Jetpack team contacted me. They stated that I had never synched my website to WordPress.com and they went ahead and resynched my site to WordPress.com.My site is hosted on Godaddy, not WordPress.com. So the problem still exists: all site stats from 2012 to June 8, 2017 are missing.
I checked my Godaddy account and June 9 was the date that I upgraded my Jetpack plugin. This was the date on which I lost my site stats and the counter started over at 0.
I sent a response to Jetpack and hope to hear from them soon.
Thank you.

Please stop submitting new tickets to Jetpack. Each new ticket you submit makes it take longer for you to receive a reply on the first one. Please be patient while waiting for them to reply to you in the ticket where they’re already helping.
As we’re not able to help with this here in the WordPress.com forums, I’m also closing this thread to prevent further duplication.
