Demo Media Upload Failing

  So I was able to upload my theme. However the demo data cannot be uploaded. I made sure aall necessary plugins were installed. Then I looked into increased the memory limit within wp_config. Still nothing came of it. Any thoughts on what could be happening?

  Because we are a managed host, it is not possible to edit PHP settings on a per account basis. However, with that said the current settings are very generous (when compared to more budget-oriented hosts) so it is very uncommon to see memory issues like this on WordPress.com.

  memory_limit is set to 512 MB, for example.

  Instead, errors of this kind are often related to a plugin conflict on your site, so as a first step I recommend temporarily disabling all non-essential plugins on your site and then reattempting the import. If you continue to have issues, you can contact support for your theme (Transaero) and let them know your hosting memory settings are within spec, and ask what other troubleshooting steps they recommend
