Demo Themes per directory, how?

  I want to have different layouts for different themes (custom)

  Click on “Demo” on any of them and it shows the entire them in a /directory – How can I get mine setup just like this for ppl to demo? – http://ithemes.com/purchase/flexx-theme-wordpress-blog-themes/

  I dont want the theme switcher plugin, I want it to be able to be set per directory for each theme to demo.

  Do I have to install WP in each dir??
