denial of domain register

  I would like to register “ruffo.wordpress.com” because it’s my surname, otherwise, I would like to know why can’t I register it, because it doesn’t seems to me like a well known Business/Enterprise name.

  We have a user who is using the username ruffo. That means that the site address ruffo.wordpress.com is reserved for their use, and will not be available for anyone else.

  You are welcome to register a custom domain using that name if there are any available, and use that on your site:
