Denied access

  Hi,
  We have created a website using WordPress: elverumbb.com, and we are currently unable to access and edit the site. I have tried to figure out why, but I really don’t understand. It seems as I have this site (elverumbbdotcom.wordpress.com) and the one we actually use for elverumbb.com (elverumbb.com/wordpress) both connected to the same e-mail, but we can now only access this one.

  As I’m not that good at all with technical stuff, I can’t figure out what has gone wrong. Do you guys have any idea?

  Any help or tips and tricks at all will be much appreciated!

  Hi Solvar,

  Thank you for the details. The two sites you mention are two different entities, the elverumbb.com is a Self Hosted WordPress site(using WordPress Software only), and the site elverumbbdotcom.wordpress.com is a WordPress.com site. You can understand the difference here:

  Your site elverumbb.com is connected to WordPress.com through the JetPack plugin. I tried to debug your site using the Jetpack Debugger, there seems to be an error. This error is usually because of a Security/Cache plugins or hosting company denying the XML access. You can contact the JetPack Support to know better about it:

  One’s you are correctly able to connect using JetPack you should be able to access your site using the WordPress.com dashboard. You can see the list of your sites at MySites->Switch Site.

  Also, additionally there is another way to access your dashboard using the wp-admin at the end of your URL. Your WP-Admin dashboard URL would be: elverumbb.com/wp-admin

  Hello. Can someone please help. I was just adding content on my website bahamianology.com and a plug in popped up that said to backup the website. I clicked it and it disappeared. now I am getting a white screen error 500 message. I cannot log in to my website.

  Can anyone help. Really desperate
